What happens when Queen’s songs are performed in the language of jazz? The Budapest Jazz Orchestra answers this question with its concert QUEEN – Real JAZZ.  The initially unusual idea was a long-cherished project of jazz drummer Zsolt Madai, brought to life as a large-scale production with the support of artistic director Gábor Kollmann.

Az elmúlt két évtizedben nagykoncertjeiket mindig Budapest legpatinásabb koncerttermeiben tartották, ezért is jelent különleges megtiszteltetést és örömöt, hogy jubileumi koncertjüket a Várkert Bazár rangos környezetében valósíthatják meg.

Under the title Castle Session, the open-air events of the series transform the pulse of the city into sound. Once a month, the Neo-Renaissance Garden becomes home to the distinctive sonic world of Be Massive Horizon. The rose garden’s unique atmosphere, panoramic views of the Danube and Gellért Hill, and the historic setting at the foot of the Buda Castle together create the evening’s unmistakable backdrop.
