Zsótér Sándor rendező az előadásról: „Annak is, aki soha nem olvasott Don Juan-történetet, nem látott sem opera-, sem színházi előadást, Don Juan nevének hallatán egy viszonylag határozott alak jelenik meg: a csábító, az ellenállhatatlan férfi archetípusa. De miben áll ez a vonzerő? Szép külső? Előkelőség? Gazdagság? Szép szavak? A lefegyverző pofátlanság? A szokatlanság? A rossz, a bűn, a gonoszság izgalma? Hogy nem hétköznapi? Moliere és Brecht darabjában Don Juan a házassággal veszi le a lábukról a nőket, vagyis a lehető legerényesebb, legbiztonságosabb és a leghétköznapibb élet ígéretével.
Pofátlanul közhelyes. És talán ebben rejlik a titok. Nem neki van démonikus csábereje, a mi vágyainkat használja ki. A mi hiányérzetünket az élettel szemben, a kalandra, valami gazdagabb, teljesebb, izgalmasabb életre való vágyunkat. Brecht megfordítja a dolgot. Nem Don Juan alakja az érdekes, hanem az, hogy miért teremtünk magunknak Don Juanokat? Szidalmazzuk, elítéljük, és mégis vonzódunk hozzájuk.”

On 7 June, the Pink Floyd tribute band Keep Floyding brings a special open-air concert to the Foundry Courtyard of Várkert Bazár. The evening, titled Summer of ’26 – Echoes in the Air, captures the atmosphere of early summer and the timeless sound of Pink Floyd, set against the historic walls of Buda and the panoramic view of the Danube. The specially curated Summer Vibe programme features some of the most atmospheric compositions from the Pink Floyd repertoire.
Under the title Castle Session, the open-air events of the series transform the pulse of the city into sound. Once a month, the Neo-Renaissance Garden becomes home to the distinctive sonic world of Be Massive Horizon. The rose garden’s unique atmosphere, panoramic views of the Danube and Gellért Hill, and the historic setting at the foot of the Buda Castle together create the evening’s unmistakable backdrop.
