Francois Villon versei: Az előadás kétszemélyes zenés színház, amelyben Huzella Péter régi Kaláka együttes Villon-lemezén megjelent dalait és új szerzeményeit énekli, Mácsai Pál pedig nem csak mondja, játssza, éli a verseket, hanem énekel és gitározik is.
Igazi különlegesség, izgalmas kaland Villon mindig érvényes, örök emberi szövegeit hallani közel félévezredes távolból, az új, a harmadik évezred küszöbén. A dallamanyagról tudni kell, hogy egyrészt a Kaláka, másrészt régi breton dallamok, illetve saját szerzemény felhasználásával állította össze Mácsai Pál és Huzella Péter az est anyagát.
Igazi különlegesség, izgalmas kaland Villon mindig érvényes, örök emberi szövegeit hallani közel félévezredes távolból, az új, a harmadik évezred küszöbén. Once a month, the Neo-Renaissance Garden becomes home to the distinctive sonic world of Be Massive Horizon. The rose garden’s unique atmosphere, panoramic views of the Danube and Gellért Hill, and the historic setting at the foot of the Buda Castle together create the evening’s unmistakable backdrop.
Kati Kovács, one of the defining voices of Hungarian popular music, has been on stage for over six decades. With her unmistakable mezzo-soprano voice, remarkable four-and-a-half-octave range, and a catalogue of songs known across generations, she remains a powerful and compelling live performer. This June, her iconic hits return at VárkertFeszt.
On 7 June, the Pink Floyd tribute band Keep Floyding brings a special open-air concert to the Foundry Courtyard of Várkert Bazár. The evening, titled Summer of ’26 – Echoes in the Air, captures the atmosphere of early summer and the timeless sound of Pink Floyd, set against the historic walls of Buda and the panoramic view of the Danube. The specially curated Summer Vibe programme features some of the most atmospheric compositions from the Pink Floyd repertoire.
