A népzene ihlető forrásként szolgál a magyar kortárs zene számára, ahogyan Bartók Béla és Kodály Zoltán műveinek kiindulópontja is a népzenei tradíció volt. Szokolay Dongó Balázs új lemezén Bartók és Kodály zenéjét illeszti népzenei ihletésű improvizatív kamarazenéjébe, ahol a népi hangszerek találkoznak a klasszikus művekkel.

On 7 June, the Pink Floyd tribute band Keep Floyding brings a special open-air concert to the Foundry Courtyard of Várkert Bazár. The evening, titled Summer of ’26 – Echoes in the Air, captures the atmosphere of early summer and the timeless sound of Pink Floyd, set against the historic walls of Buda and the panoramic view of the Danube. The specially curated Summer Vibe programme features some of the most atmospheric compositions from the Pink Floyd repertoire.
